This is rediculus! Doesn't this defeat the whole purpose of a "DO NOT CALL" list? The reason I signed up for the do not call list was to avoid these types of calls. And, now your going to change the rules of the do not call list to allow them? It doesn't matter to me if you put "rules" around the calls, so they could only made by certain people in certain situations. They are still unwanted calls. Please do not approve these changes to the do not call list. LEAVE IT ALONE!
