Comments:
I am strongly opposed to the proposal of allowing telemarketers to call people on the do-not-call list with a pre-recorded message. I am on the do-not-call list because I don't want advertisers invading the privacy of my home. And I have had several problems with my answering machine filling up with telemarketer recordings, and missing important personal calls from relatives. I find it absolutely outrageous to be considering adding more loopholes to the do-not-call list for telemarketers to barrel through.
