Please, please do not weaken the do not call program. Already I am being inundated with annoying, time-consuming, and costly automated solicitations. It is my phone and I pay for it for my use, not for the convenience of telemarketers. Our township has a no solicitation policy that prevents people from intruding upon our domestic peace in our homes. The telemarketers are doing the same thing--intruding upon our domestic peace by tying up my phone and voice mailbox. Let them send me something through the mails, for which they pay themselves and I can read or discard at my leisure.
