|Subject:||Trade Regulation Rule on Telemarketing Sales|
|Title:||Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, Request for Comment|
|CFR Citation:||16 CFR Part 310|
Comments:Please do not go through with this amendment. My phone has been peaceful with the exception of personal calls since the national do not call list has been created. I do not want to see this change because some large companies desire to make more phone calls. The problem is that the companies never try to learn about the consumers. We have always said no to things, but they still call. If you ask them to remove you, then they just sell off your information anyways to earn their profit and then now you have some other company now calling you. It's a bad chain. I ask that you just keep the law as it is. This also helps keep my personal information useless, which in today's information world is an uncanny opportunity. Thank you for your time.
