Comments:
I am strongly opposed to any rules that give telemarketers permission to call me. Having submitted my name to the national Do Not Call registry, I specifically do not wish to receive telemarketing calls, whether an, "established business relationship," exists or not. By doing business with a company (or by whatever vague connection I have with a company), that does not mean I wish to receive any kind of telemarketing, be it in the form of a pre-recorded message or a live person. I strongly urge the FTC to reconsider this proposal.
