REGARDING THE PRIVACY ISSUE AND TELEMARKETING OF ALL KINDS INCLUDING PRE-RECORDED: I feel telemarketers should not be allowed to call or solicit to telephone numbers that are unlisted in the local phone books. For privacy reasons I pay the telephone company a fee NOT to publish my telephone number, but receive unsolicited and unwanted telemarketing calls anyway.
