My family and I DON'T want loop holes of any kind inserted into the "Do Not Call" program, especially pre-recorded messages. We pay for the use of our telephone and home; ergo, we have the right to enjoy our home without obnoxious interruptions from unwanted solicitations. This is why we enrolled in the "Do Not Call" program, as well as pay extra for privacy manager on our telephone lines. It is also why we have a "No Soliciting" sign on the front door of or home. It is time bureaucrats start thinking about the private sector and not just the business sector with their quest for the almighty dollar even as it pertains to harrassing people in their homes.
