please do not allow recorded messages to be used to call me no matter what my relationship with the sender may be. They are annoying for several reasons including slow response when either a machine or person answers, they waste my time, tie up phone lines and are often slow to disconnect. The 'no call' is the best thing any goverenment agency has done in a long time please do not relax it. Thank you
