Comments:
Historic misuse of my telephone lines by telemarketers, by charitable solicitors, by "law enforcement" associations, usually at wrong times, tells me that no further allowances should be made to telemarketers. I am negative on any expansion, especially on recorded messages. How does one insist on being placed on a do-not-call list when speaking to a message player?
