Comments:

Any proposed change in regulations which can potentially increase the number of unwanted calls will weaken the effectiveness of the do-not-call registry, and it WILL be exploited by marketers to the MAXIMUM possible extent. I implore you to leave intact any and all restrictions. If another agencies restrictions are more permissive, then *they* are the ones who should change to be in line with your own. The american people are assaulted with enough intrusive advertising as it is. Marketing is not free speech. If I explicitly indicate my desire to not be bothered by marketers by joining the registry, you should honor that intent.
