I strongly object to any consideration of opening any loophole that would deliver any pre recorded telemarketing messages. The telephone is for business, my business and I become very annoyed at any unsolicited intrusions. I am on the Wisconsin no call list and it has been a welcome relief that I don't have to screen incoming messages. When the phone rings I answer it because I know it is for me or my wife. I have an 86 year old mother living at home yet and am the principal care giver. I have set her up with Life Line and when the phone rings I want to be able to answer it and not stand there waiting to see if it is a telemarketer. I have never heard one person say they enjoy receiving telemarketing calls and can't understand how this ever got to be such an issue. Thank you, Gary
