Comments:Allowing companies to use pre-recorded messages, in effect, makes the No Call List worthless. We should not have to be bothered with telemarketing calls if we don't want this. If I put my name on a No call list, that means I don't want to hear telemarketing calls from anyone, live or pre-recorded.
