I am opposed to any change in the law that will allow more telemarketing calls to reach my home. It makes no difference whether I have done business with the company or not or whether the message is recorded or not. Recorded messages are actually worse because if I answer, there is no one to express my displeasure. In fact, I believe the Do Not Call list needs to be expanded to exclude ALL unsolicited calls, business, charity, political, whatever. As far as I am concerned, "do not call" means "do NOT call".
