Comments:
I feel that the Do Not Call registry is very important to protect the privacy of people who do not wish to be bothered by unwanted telemarketing. Pre-recorded messages are just as intrusive and time-wasting as live operators, if not more. These pre-recorded messages should stay in the definition of telemarketing. The FTC nor the government should support advertisers as much as they do now, so this would be a step backwards if the FTC were to make this loophole.
