It's bad enough to have spam in your email box, advertising constantly on television. Now you want to open this up to constant ringing of the telephone, only to have junk crap on everyone's answering machines? This will also use up minutes on people's cell phones and is completely absurd. I am totally against this. When people sign up for DO NOT CALL, they mean DO NOT CALL!!! This includes pre-recorded messages. That in a way would be worse, because you wouldn't get the satisfaction of telling the caller off!!
