Do not relax the restrictions on phone solicitation. We no more want recorded phone solicitation interrupting us at home than we do someone pounding on our door or ringing our doorbell. What kind of idiocy would exempt taped messages! (If they are taped, how in the hell can you ask to be removed from their calling list) Leave well enough alone.
