I disagree wholeheartedly with the proposed amendment. The world needs fewer telemarketers, not more. Please do not offer them any loopholes they can use to get around the law as it is now. If you want to do somthing really constructive, figure out how to get rid of all the computer spammers and all this junk mail we get, even with the various protections offered. Oh, and all the junk mail our poor mail carrier is required to deliver. No one needs it - there are ways to request catalogues if we're interested in their products.
