Pleased do not approve this exception to the Do Not Call lists. Before the Do Not Call List was instituted, I was inundated by junk sales calls -- including endless nuisance calls from companies I have a business relationship with. Please, just because I use AT&T long distance or Sprint for my cell phone, I DO NOT WANT THEM TO CALL ME AT HOME WITH NUISANCE OFFERS FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICES I DO NOT WANT. I hate prerecorded messages -- they are offensive and should be illegal. Please do not take this giant step backward and permit them. I don't care what the Direct Marketing Association wants. Consumers wo do not want to be interrupted at home by sales calls should have their wishes granted. The wishes of consumers and citizens have been very clear on this matter. Please do not grant this exception.
