"The Federal Trade Commission said it does not think the change would have any dramatic results." Chicago Sun-Times, November 27, 2004 If the change will not be dramatic, then why have a change? There is no reason to open a loophole in the regulations. The fact that the FTC wants to make the change is proof enough that you are misleading the American people as to what the effects will be. American citizens want the do-not-call list as it stands and fought hard to get it. To change it would be a slap in the face of democracy and the way our system is designed to work: government of, by and for the people. Please let the do-not-call list's rules stand as is. Thank you for your attention. Michelle Gochanour
