Please do NOT expand the ability of telemarketers and others to call. Perhaps a system similar to the anti-spam practice of Earthlink (in which you receive only messages sent by those on your personal address list. Other messages' addresses are sent in a separate periodic message allowing you to select ones you want, add their address to your list if you want OR Block them by address or domain. It works pretty well and I recommend you check on such a system.
