This is against the entire purpose of the do not call list. The purpose of this list is stop annoying phone calls from telemarketers and the is nothing more annoying than a pre-recorded phone message. Businesses have other means of delivering marketing messages that do not distract and annoy consumers. The FCC needs to serve the citizens and stop trying to sneak in favors for telemarketing firms.
