The current Rule is just right and should not be changed. After years of intrusive and anguishing sales calls, my private phone line has been returned to MY normal usage, for which I have paid, and is no longer given over to crass, rude, and greedy strangers (who have not paid for the priveledge of using my line!). I do not want any unsolicited sales calls. It is wrong for government employees to consider disrupting citizens peace and privacy for the benefit of business. Please leave the rule as is.
