I received fifteen calls (that's right 15) from AT&T in a two day period. Do I want the loophole to be made/open - NO! I can't believe that after the large number of persons who took the time to opt out on both the state and federal lists that anyone would consider allowing unsolicited calls to be placed into homes that have so fervently requested not to be called. Not only will this interrupt the peace and quiet of a home it will "TIE UP" the telephone for a number of minutes. When this happens if there is an emergency, the resident can not call out for help. NO NO NO
