Please do not allow pre-recorded messages to call. Why would I want to come running across the house, or in from outside to then receive a pre-recorded message? You say that the businesses who would do this must have a pre-existing business relationship; who is going to check that claim? Nobody pursues the people that keep sending spam faxes, even though one asks them not to continue, why should we believe this will be any different?
