I strongly oppose changing the Telemarketing Sales Rule to allow calls that deliver a prerecorded message. During the days leading up to the November election, I was inundated with prerecorded messages of a political nature. My only beacon of hope was that after Election Day it would stop - which it did. If you allow telemarketers to deliver prerecorded messages, it will be the same nightmare all over again - only this time with no end in sight. Thank you.
