I oppose the proposed additional safe harbor to the Telemarketing Sales Rule. Millions of Americans like me have spoken through the do not call registry. We don't want to be disturbed by telemarketers. Thank you for the peace that we have had since the do not call list went into effect. Please do not allow these people to SPAM my phone. And, while you are at it, please concentrate your efforts on stopping the SPAM in e-mail and on the internet. It is offensive and wastes valuable computer resources. Thank You. Michael Richardson.
