Under no circumstances should this loophole be allowed to be opened in regard to telemarketers using prerecorded messages to consumers. There are enough live calls being made that get around the blocks. When we signed up for the Do Not Call registry, that's exactly what we wanted...no calls prerecorded or not. In addition, I am against the substitution of the measured over a 30-day period for TSR's call abandonment safe harbor provision. Thank you.
