I registered for 'Do Not Call' for one particular reason - I DO NOT WANT ANY telemarketers phoning me at any time under any circumstances. This proposal violates the purpose of the plain, easy to understand, Do Not Call registration. I 'opted out' already when I registered for Do Not Call....do not make me opt out again to satisfy telemarketers.
