Please do not implement the proposed plan to allow prerecorded telemarketing calls. I have a budget phone plan where I pay a monthly fee and am charged for each call over the allowed number of calls per month. Also, there is a limit to the number of messages my machine will record, and messages are dropped after reaching this limit. The proposal could cause me to miss important calls, while requiring me to pay for unwanted, unsolicited telemarketing messages.
