I dont see what the purpose of creating a do not call list if you now want to poke holes in that list for the purpose of allowing businesses to annoy us once more trying to sell stuff. We make rules then we feel some compulsion to poke holes in it to make business happy. I see no reason to allow anyone to call me to sell me wares. Its my phone, I pay the bill and Just because i give my number to a business in the course of a transaction doesnt mean i want to be continually bothered by them in the future. ANd i hang up on all pre recorded messages no matter who they are....i dont talk to computers so dont waste anyones money passing this part of the bill. I am sure i am not the only one. For once respect the right of the consumer and leave things as they are, rather than leaning towards the side of business.
