I think that the proposed amendment to the do not call list that allows "companies with preestablished business relationships" to call is a ridiculous suggestion. This would represent an enormous step backwards for what has been a very successful piece of legislation. Already there are companies who have called me using the "performing a survey" loophole that currerntly exists. The survey usually turns out to be "do you want to buy/subscribe to XXXXXXXXXXX?", if more loopholes are introduced then the floodgates will open once more. Mr. B Donovan Ohio
