Computer made calls are even MORE OFFENSIVE than those made by human beings. In either case, if I am not already in a communication relationship with a person or company, I consider it an INTRUSION into my home when I receive unsolicited calls. I will buy or participate or donate at my own will, so any call is a waste of the caller's time. PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW any amendments to my right to block unsolicited unwanted calls from coming into my home.
