The Do Not Call Registry works very well. Please do not sacrifice its utility by creating new loopholes for telemarketers. At the very least a stringent definition should be created for "existing business relationships". If a loose definition is permitted I suspect that I, and many other consumers, will find ourselves in business relationships in which we did not intend to enter and which will require a onerous opting-out process to avoid jonk telephone calls.
