I want to go on record as opposing any loosening of the regulations placed on telemarketers by the "Do Not Call List." Our privacy is invaded enough and the DNC is one of the best things the Federal Government has ever done to protect it. If anything, the DNC should be expanded to include unsolicited calls by political entities.
