Comments:
regarding proposed ammendment to the Telemarketing Sales Rule to create an additional call abandonment safe harbor to allow telemarketing calls that deliver a prerecorded message to consumers with whom the seller on whose behalf the calls are made has an established business relationship. I do not want prerecorded messages delivered to any telephone. I have never found them valuable, and would not choose to listen to them, and they are a nuisance. There is no difference between this and the use of live persons. It wastes my valuable time. Please DO NOT add this ammedment. I DO NOT want prerecorded messages. Sincerely, Jason McCullar
