Comments:
Do not permit telemarketing calls that deliver a prerecorded message to consumers. This is totally against the spirit of the original legislation. Consumers want NO unsolicited calls. This is an abuse of privacy. In fact, the bombardment of politically based calls this election period proved this point dramatically.
