NO WAY should the "Do not call" list be modified to allow ANY sort of telemarketing. WHat part of "Do not call" do they not understand? Since when does "do not call" mean "call using an recorded voice?" DO NOT CHANGE THE DO NOT CALL REGISTRY! thank you bruce Howes
