I do not favor allowing any business, organization, activity or group with whom I currently have, or have had in the past, any type of relationship, to contact me with a prerecorded message at any time. I would favor reducing the “safe harbors” by eliminating those given to politicians, political parties or affiliates. Changing the measurement period by substituting the DMA proposed phrase would facilitate an excessive relaxation of the measurement criteria and should not be allowed.
