I strongly feel that recorded messages from telemarketers should also be blocked from phone lines listed under the Do Not Call program. It is quite clear that people who have gone to the length to register do not want solicitations of any kind. The intent of the law is clear. I feel it is the FTC's job to uphold the intent of the law, not cater to loop hole seeking marketing companies. What's next a Do Not Record registry? Pete Schollenberger
