Do not allow the do not call registry to be gutted by allowing any sort of call to people on this registry whether by humans, machines, animals, plants, bacteria, viruses, macrophages, or any other category of life or digital or analog substitutes or messages delivered by digital or analog substitutes whether from this planet or any other. Political messages should not be allowed either. These calls should be allowed only on a ZERO percent basis over any conceivable time period, which is to say not at all at any time nor for any reason.
