Please do not do this. We have so enjoyed our phone not ringing with unsolicited calls. We still get an frequent stray call but not more than once or twice a month.. We like our peace and quiet. The business that we do business with didn"t call before so we don't see them calling now or in the future. Thank you for putting this law into effect. Please do not change it. or water it down....
