I strongly advise against a rule change allowing pre-recorded message telemarketing to the Do Not Call list. This defeats one of the original intentions of the Do Not Call list and is a most unwelcome change. It would also create additional confusion and hing on highly questionable definitions of what an 'established business relationship' means. Please consider rejecting this amendment.
