I am opposed to the FTC's proposed rule change allowing companies to deliver pre-recorded message telemarketing. The National Do Not Call Registry has effectively eliminated telephone marketing spam. The National Do Not Call Registry should only be altered to also prohibit political spam. Please respect the privacy of the American public in their homes and do no enact the proposed rule change.
