CFR Citation: 16 CFR Part 310 Docket Id: RIN 3084-0098 Under no circumstance do I support a change in the regulations to allow telemarketing calls that deliver a prerecorded message to consumers with whom the seller on whose behalf the calls are made has an established business relationship. Consumers have almost no privacy left in this world and for some reason, the US Government is the worst offender. I will begin today to lobby my representatives to do whatever is necessary to stop this latest assult. I realize it is easy for a federal agency to forget that you work for the US Citizens, not the Direct Marketing Association, but try to remember where your salary actually comes from. Most of these associations pay no taxes; I pay a lot and your salary comes from it. Work on my behalf this time.
