To Whom It May Concern: Telemarketing should not be opened up. The phone is a service that I pay for and should not be an avenue of profit for any company that chooses this medum of solicitation. It is an active device that many rely upon for critical communication, and unlike the TV or radio in many instances cannot be turned off or ignored.
