This is ridiculous. I feel that telemarketers are an infringment on my rights because I do not pay my phone bill just so someone that I don't want calling me can bother me at all hours of the day, night and week. When I entered my phone number on the "Do Not Call List", I meant that I DO NOT WANT CALLED! Why is this so hard to understand. Please leave those of us alone that took the time to register with the "Do Not Call List". Quit wasting time trying to find ways around it. It is really irritating when you can't even have a quiet evening at home without someone trying to sell you something.
