I believe that this loophole would violate the very spirit of the Do Not Call Registry. I signed up with the Do Not Call Registry as I do NOT want to receive telemarketing calls at my phone number. My phone is not a sales tool for businesses to utilize. This loophole would allow business that would otherwise not have a legal opportunity to call me, even though I have expressly asked not to be bothered with intrusive sales calls. Please do not be swayed by the Direct Marketing Association’s petition, they are only concerned about my money; I am only concerned with my privacy. Thank you, Andy-
