I think this proposed rule change is horrible. "No" means "no." I have already opted out of receiving telemarketing calls. I don't care if they leave messages or not, I have already made my choice known. This government is supposed to be "for the people, of the people, and by the people". The people have spoken, and the 64 million who don't wish to be bothered should have their voices count.
