I DO NOT WANT TO BE BOTHERED BY ANY TELEMARKETERS, WHETHER PRE-RECORDED OR NOT. THEY CAN USE THE MAIL IF THEY WANT TO REACH ME. I AM SOLIDLY AGAINST CHANGING THE ACT AS IT IS WRITTEN NOW EXCEPT TO ADD MORE RULES TO STOP UNWANTED SOLICITATIONS OR TO CLOSE LOOPHOLES.
