Terrible idea... don't allow telemarketers to call me for any reason unless I give them permission. I signed up on the do not call list for a reason, to not receive unsolicited calls... simple as that. Being interrupted at dinner time, or while taking a nap, or whatever whether the call was pre-recorded or not is a nuisance.
